Having sung and played guitar in the streets and undergrounds of various European cities for years or more, I finally "settled down" in and around Nice in the 1990s, and got singing and writing with local techno-rock band 3Steps2.
After 1995 and the split of that band, I got to working on my own songs. Then I set off around France and Spain busking for a few months, playing café terraces, restaurants and street-markets.
The year 2000 saw me move to Provence. I had to slow up for a few years to get my health back, then started trying to get a band together. We got playing a few gigs locally, about a dozen in all, over the years 2008/9.
In 2007 we started recording demos with guyr00ts in StudioMatik in the nearby Luberon. In 4 sessions spread over 18 months or so we put down about 15 songs, some of which can be heard on the JukeBox here.
Then in 2009 we went for a day to Vega Studio in Carpentras, for a session engineered by Jean-Mi of Tanger fame. The 3 tracks from that session are also on the JukeBox for the moment, but I'd rather sell them I admit.
Pour les petits projets de sites qu'on voudrait parfois déployer un petit moment sur le web, sans passer par un contrat pluri-annuel avec un hébergeur, on pourrait imaginer un système d'acceuil provisoire d'une "page invitée" sur des sites existantes. En contrepartie… je sais pas, il faut voir. L'hébergeur pourrait apprendre en épulchant le code, s'attirer un nouveau public, profiter des créations des autres etc.
